Overall stay was very nice. Had a wonderful experience We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and hospitality extended was very good. The ever smiling faces and warmth in the tone of the staff made the stay all the more very nice. Would like to give special mention to ASLAM JI who was very courteous and hospitable and the warmth with which he was serving the food to us on our tables was beyond words. He made all efforts to serve hot food on our table as per our preference and liking. He is super energetic and very friendly and courteous. Staff like this are the face of the hotel and helps in creating the brand name Chef Barman was also present on the floor to understand guests tastes and palette and provide food as per our likings. Would like to mention here a Hindi saying. PET BHAR GAYA BUT NEEYAT NAHI BHARI 😃

Had a wonderful stay at Jai mahal palace I came to celebrate 45th wedding anniversary of my Mom dad and we had an awesome experience staying here. The staff is very courteous and hospitable. If one wants to understand the meaning of ATHITHI DEVO BHAVA i, then this is the place to come and experience. Would like to mention dining experience at CINNAMON. The food was super yummy. The courtesy extended by staff was beyond words. The complimentary salad platter , the complementary drink given with the lunch was Beyond words. Overall very good meal experience. Similarly the breakfast was super yummy. Each and every dish which we tasted was delectable. Our pallets enjoyed what ever was coming on our table. Our server ASLAM BHAI was super energetic and was serving food with lot of love and smile in his eyes. He was more than happy to make our breakfast experience awesome. We have stayed in lot of 5 star hotels before , national as well as international but this experience , this warmth , this love and affection towards the guests is incomparable. Chef BARMAN was also actively present in the dining. Area during breakfast time to understand customers likings and preference and accordingly customise it. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Thanks for all the staff for making it a memorable stay

We stayed at the Jaimahal Palace hotel, it was coincidentally our Wedding Anniversary on 11th.May. We booked directly to the Hotel they offered a reasonable plan with breakfast. We were confirmed the booking, very next day. :- great Trust. Thanks to Rajshree Panicker Arrival was very *Welcoming & Warm* offered seats with garlanding supported with a drink. Though we arrived before check in time, offered room without waiting. Thanks to Mr. Shiv Mathur, front offyincharge. We were guided to the Marble Arch restaurant for a light lunch. We are honoured to mention Mr. Aslam, whose smiling approach and helpful advise made our Excellent Lunch more gracious, he asked for our likings on Food, annd recommended a Fish Curry with rice whereby promising that he will get it made very authentic to our desire. And indeed his, personalused service made the experience much greater. Mr. Aslam is great asset to the hotel, especially in world of Ai, we expect personalised services, and he made this possible for us. We relaxed most comfortably in the afternoon in a Heritage Room- well appointed and perfect. Dinner was a replica of another great experience at the GIARDINO - Italian restaurant, which indeed was a dream comes True. My mistake, I don't remember the name of the Steward, he created a menu for us, served it highly professional, with a perfect combination of dishes. A perfect evening in the best of Ambience and Atmosphere. A stroll on the Mughal Garden and poolside with fullest Nature, was the beginning of a beautiful day after the rain in the previous evening, many peacock pairs and birds did provided us the best company. On hearing the flute music, we decided to have an open air breakfast at the sit out. Mr. Narendra Singh, guided his staffs to help us relish the foods beautifully. Though, we wish to write more on the Subject, as these paragraphs are not big enough to completely fulfilling, as we wanted to express more. Thanks to the Team Jaimahal Palce. We wish we can communicate to more travellers to certainly at least for once, visit the beautiful hotel and experience the True Royalty in its fullest flair.
